These website policies are prepared for Savour De Isle using the business information supplied. They require review by a qualified attorney in Trinidad and Tobago before publication. The final wording must reflect actual business practices, applicable licences, consumer rights, privacy obligations and regulatory requirements. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We also distribute AL Organic Spices and Pete's Coffee. Our products are supplied through a distribution network serving retail outlets across Trinidad and Tobago.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our website, product information, enquiries and transactions accepted by Savour De Isle. Additional written terms may apply to specific orders or wholesale arrangements.
2. Acceptance and website use
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the website.
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or knowingly submit misleading information.
3. Copyright and website content
Unless otherwise stated, original text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, designs and other materials on this website belong to Savour De Isle or are used with permission from the relevant rights holder. These materials may be protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may view and print website content for personal, informational or internal business reference, provided you do not remove ownership notices or misrepresent the source. Reproduction, modification, distribution, commercial exploitation or republication of protected material requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
4. Trademarks and brand identity
Savour De Isle names, logos, designs and other identifying marks may be protected trademarks or other intellectual property. Their appearance on this website does not grant permission to use them in advertising, commercial material or a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation without appropriate authorisation.
5. User submissions and communications
When you submit an enquiry, review, message or other information to us, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, deceptive or infringing material, malicious code, unsolicited advertising or another person's confidential information without authorisation.
Information submitted through ordinary contact forms or private correspondence is not automatically transferred to us for unrestricted publication or commercial use. Any permission to publish or reuse submitted material must be established separately where required.
6. Product descriptions and availability
We aim to provide useful and accurate information about our products. However, product photographs, packaging, descriptions, ingredients, availability and presentation may change. Photographs may be illustrative and are not a substitute for the information printed on the actual product.
Always review the product label for ingredients, allergens, alcohol content, storage instructions, date markings and other relevant information. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification.
7. Prices and price changes
Prices, quotations, promotional offers, delivery arrangements and applicable charges are subject to the terms communicated through the relevant sales channel. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, a displayed price or quotation does not guarantee indefinite availability or a future selling price.
Pricing notice: Savour De Isle may revise its prices as business costs and circumstances change. Registered customers with accounts will be advised by email of possible price increases within a 60-day notice period, subject to the applicable account agreement and legal requirements. The effective date and application of an increase will be communicated in the relevant notice or agreement.
Customers should ensure that their account email address is current. Any confirmed order, accepted quotation or existing contractual price commitment will be handled according to its agreed terms and applicable law.
8. Orders and payment
Orders are subject to product availability, price confirmation, applicable charges, payment arrangements and acceptance by Savour De Isle. An enquiry, shopping selection or request for a quotation does not by itself guarantee acceptance.
Before completing an order, customers should verify the selected products, quantities, prices, delivery details and total payable. Accepted payment methods, payment deadlines and any deposit requirements will be communicated through the relevant sales channel.
Wholesale transactions may be governed by separate quotations, order confirmations or written agreements.
9. Shipping, delivery and returns
Delivery arrangements, service areas, schedules and charges are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy or communicated during the order process. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and follow product storage instructions.
Damaged, expired or incorrect products should be reported within three (3) days after receipt, following the procedures in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Savour De Isle prefers direct exchanges for qualifying issues. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, replacement or other remedy that applicable law requires.
10. Alcoholic beverages
Alcoholic products are subject to applicable licensing conditions and laws in Trinidad and Tobago. Savour De Isle does not sell or supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. Acceptable proof of age may be requested.
A product listing does not guarantee that an alcoholic beverage can be sold, delivered, collected or supplied wholesale in every circumstance. Transactions may be refused where required by law or licensing conditions.
11. Product safety and customer responsibility
Customers must review product labels and comply with applicable storage and handling instructions. Our punches and cream liqueurs contain dairy. Our products are made in a facility that also uses nuts, and allergen cross-contact may occur.
Individuals with food allergies or dietary restrictions should review the product information and contact us before consumption if uncertain. Stop consuming any product that appears spoiled, damaged or unsafe and contact us promptly.
12. Third-party websites and services
Our website may link to third-party websites or rely on external services, such as website hosting, email, payment processing or delivery providers. Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not automatically endorse external content merely by linking to it.
13. Disclaimers and liability
Website content is provided for general information. Although we aim to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee that every page, description, image or item of information will always be complete, error-free or available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Savour De Isle is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, reliance on general website information, or the temporary unavailability of online services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, defective or unsafe products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Customers remain responsible for following product labels, allergen warnings, storage requirements and applicable safety instructions. This does not remove any legal obligations or responsibilities owed by Savour De Isle.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses directly arising from your unlawful use of the website or material breach of these terms. This provision does not impose liability where the law prohibits it or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
15. Intellectual property complaints
If you believe material on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at savourdeisle@outlook.com. Identify the material, the rights concerned, the relevant page and your contact details so that we can review the complaint.
16. Changes to these terms

1. Our commitment to privacy
Savour De Isle respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website, contact us, place orders, register for an account or enquire about wholesale and distribution opportunities.
This policy explains the categories of personal information we may collect, the purposes for which it may be used, how it may be shared and the steps we take to protect it. Our actual practices depend on the website features and services we use.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, information may include:
- Your name and contact details, including email address and telephone number.
- Billing, delivery and collection details needed to process an order.
- Order history, product selections and relevant transaction records.
- Business name, business contact details and information submitted through wholesale enquiries.
- Messages, feedback, complaints and customer service correspondence.
- Account information where customer accounts are available.
- Payment status and transaction references supplied by payment providers. Full payment card details may be handled directly by a payment provider rather than stored by us, depending on the payment method used.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, security logs and website usage data, where the relevant technologies are enabled.
- Cookie, analytics or similar information where applicable and permitted by law.
Please do not send passwords, complete payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or contact forms.
3. How information is collected
We may receive information directly from you when you place an order, register for an account, complete a form, subscribe to communications, request a quotation, contact our team or provide feedback.
Some information may be generated automatically when you use the website, if analytics, security logs, cookies or similar technologies are enabled. We may also receive information from service providers involved in fulfilling your order, processing a payment or supporting our business operations.
We do not assume that third-party data sources, social media integrations or mobile application tracking are in use unless those features are actually implemented.
4. How we use your information
Subject to applicable law, information may be used to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- Create and manage customer accounts, where offered.
- Process orders, coordinate delivery or collection and communicate order updates.
- Confirm transactions, manage payments and maintain relevant business records.
- Respond to wholesale and distribution enquiries.

- Maintain website security, prevent fraud and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Understand website performance and improve our products and services where appropriate analytics are enabled.
- Send marketing communications where permitted and any required consent has been obtained.
- Meet applicable legal, regulatory, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
5. Lawful basis and consent
We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy requirements in Trinidad and Tobago and any additional laws that apply to a particular activity or individual.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be necessary to fulfil an order or agreement, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests or act on consent where consent is required.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not automatically invalidate processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
6. Marketing communications
We may send promotional communications where permitted by law and any required consent or other lawful basis has been established. You can request that marketing emails stop by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or contacting us directly.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary communications about an existing order, account, transaction, safety concern or legal obligation.
7. Cookies and website analytics
Depending on the tools installed on our website, cookies or similar technologies may be used to support essential website functions, remember preferences, protect website security or measure performance.
Analytics technologies, advertising pixels, embedded content and other tracking tools will be described more specifically if they are implemented. Where required, we will provide appropriate notices and consent controls.
Cookie transparency: The final published policy should identify the actual WordPress plugins, analytics services, advertising integrations and cookie controls used by this website. No specific tracking technology is represented as active merely because it is mentioned here.
8. Payments and order processing
When you purchase products, information may be shared with payment providers, financial institutions or other transaction services where necessary to process or verify a payment.
The information handled depends on the payment method and service provider. We will not represent that a payment method is secure, encrypted or compliant with a particular standard without a proper basis for that claim.
9. Sharing personal information
We may share the minimum information reasonably needed with service providers supporting our business, including:
- Website hosting, maintenance and technical support providers.
- Email and business communication services.
- Payment processors and transaction service providers.
- Delivery, shipping and fulfilment providers.
- Accounting, professional advisory and legal service providers.
- Analytics or security service providers, where enabled.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, pursuant to a lawful request, to address fraud or security concerns, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a genuine business restructuring or transfer, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
We do not grant third parties unrestricted permission to use customer information for their own independent marketing simply because they provide a service to us.
10. International processing
Some website hosting, email, payment or other service providers may process information outside Trinidad and Tobago. Where this occurs, applicable legal requirements relating to international transfers and appropriate safeguards must be assessed and followed.
11. Data security
We aim to use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Access to personal information should be limited to authorised persons who need it for legitimate business purposes.
No website, electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore do not promise that unauthorised access, loss or disclosure is impossible.
12. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations, dispute resolution, security needs and lawful business requirements.
Retention periods may differ for order records, customer accounts, correspondence, financial records and technical logs. Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled appropriately.
13. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions, you may contact us to request information about personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate information, ask about its use or raise a concern regarding its handling.
Depending on the law applicable to the particular request, you may also have rights relating to access, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent or complaints to a competent authority.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests will be assessed under applicable law, and we may be unable to comply fully where a lawful exception applies.
14. Children's privacy
Our website is not intended to encourage children to purchase alcoholic beverages. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for unlawful purposes. Where an age restriction or other legal requirement applies, we will handle the relevant information in accordance with law.
15. Third-party websites and social media
Our website may link to social networks, external websites or third-party services. When you visit those services, their own privacy policies and settings may apply. We are not responsible for independent data practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
16. Artificial intelligence disclosure
Some website copy, product descriptions, images or marketing materials may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. We aim to review published material for relevance and accuracy, but errors or omissions may still occur.
AI-assisted content does not replace authoritative product labels, safety instructions, professional advice or regulatory documentation.
Confidential or identifiable customer information should not be entered into public AI tools without appropriate authorisation and safeguards. Any use of AI tools to process personal information must follow applicable privacy obligations and the actual arrangements in place.
17. Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in our business, website services or legal obligations. The current version will be displayed on this page. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before making relevant changes.

1. Age requirement
Alcoholic beverages are intended only for individuals aged 18 and over. Customers must provide truthful age information and acceptable proof of age when requested.
If a customer's age cannot be satisfactorily verified where required, the transaction or handover will not proceed.
2. Licensing and lawful sales
The sale, supply, collection and delivery of alcoholic beverages are subject to the applicable licence, legal conditions and permitted business activities.
Displaying an alcoholic product on the website does not guarantee that it can be supplied in every location or through every sales channel.
3. Delivery and collection
Alcoholic beverages may only be delivered or collected through arrangements that comply with applicable legal and licensing requirements. Age and identity checks must be completed where required.
4. Wholesale supply
Wholesale enquiries involving alcoholic beverages may require additional verification. The relevant parties must establish which licences, records and resale permissions are required before supply.

Product Information & Food Safety
Allergen awareness, product handling, refrigeration and product quality.
1. Our product range
Savour De Isle produces and supplies a range of Caribbean-inspired beverages and confectionery. Products may include dairy-based punches, non-dairy beverages, cream liqueurs, rum-based drinks, local juices and sweets.
Ingredients, formulations, packaging and storage requirements can differ between products. Always consult the actual product label and relevant instructions.
2. Important allergen information
Contains dairy: All Savour De Isle punches and cream liqueurs contain dairy. Individuals with a milk allergy should not consume these products.
Facility uses nuts: All products are made in a facility that also uses nuts. Although precautions are taken to minimise cross-contact, allergen cross-contact may still occur.
Cross-contact can occur even when an allergen is not an intended ingredient in a particular product. No product should be assumed to be completely free from a particular allergen unless that claim is supported by reliable product-specific information and appropriate controls.
Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should review the relevant ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming any product. Contact us before purchase if you require clarification.
3. Peanut, dairy, gluten and alcohol
Dairy is present in all punches and cream liqueurs. Nuts are used within the production facility, which means cross-contact is possible.
The presence or absence of peanuts, gluten or other specific allergens must be determined from the ingredients, label and reliable product-specific information. Do not assume that a product is gluten-free, peanut-free or free from another allergen without confirmation.
Alcoholic products contain alcohol as indicated on their labels. Alcoholic beverages are not suitable for persons under 18 and must be handled and consumed responsibly.
4. Storage and refrigeration
Punches: Store at or below 4°C, following the product label and any specific storage instructions supplied.
Juices: Store at or below 4°C, following the product label and any specific storage instructions supplied.
Cream liqueurs: These may be stored at ambient temperature or chilled according to the relevant product label and storage instructions.
Customers and retailers should maintain the specified storage conditions during receipt, transport and storage. Where a product label gives more specific instructions, follow those instructions.
5. Inspection and product handling
Inspect packaging and follow product instructions before use. Do not consume a product if its packaging is damaged, it appears spoiled, it has been stored improperly or its safety is uncertain.
Product labels, date markings, storage directions and other relevant information should be checked before consumption.
6. Product descriptions and images
Website descriptions and images are intended to help customers identify products. Packaging, presentation, ingredients and product availability may change. The actual label and applicable product documentation take precedence for product-specific information.
7. Reporting a product concern
If you believe a product is damaged, expired, incorrectly labelled or unsafe, stop consuming it and contact us promptly. Where available, provide the product name, batch or lot number, date markings, purchase information and a description of the concern.
For damaged, expired or incorrect deliveries, please also refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy and its three-day reporting period.
8. Food safety and compliance
Product-specific handling and safety requirements must be followed throughout applicable manufacturing, transport, storage, distribution and sale activities. This policy does not replace mandatory food-safety, labelling, manufacturing or other regulatory obligations.

Our delivery arrangements and procedures for damaged, expired or incorrect products.
1. Delivery locations
Savour De Isle offers delivery arrangements for Trinidad and Tobago, subject to product availability, scheduling and confirmation of the relevant order.
International delivery is not confirmed under this policy. Please contact us directly if you wish to enquire about delivery outside Trinidad and Tobago.
2. Delivery charges
Shipping: Free. Savour De Isle's stated delivery policy is free shipping for the available delivery arrangements in Trinidad and Tobago. Confirm delivery availability when placing your order.
If a particular order involves a special arrangement, an unusual destination or additional services, any applicable charges or conditions should be communicated and agreed before the order is finalised.
3. Tobago delivery schedule
Monday to Thursday: Tobago deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., unless a special request is made at least three days in advance and agreed with Savour De Isle.
4. Trinidad delivery schedule
Friday and Saturday: Trinidad deliveries are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. The end time and individual delivery window should be confirmed with Savour De Isle when the order is arranged.
Delivery schedules may be affected by stock availability, traffic, weather, operational circumstances or other events outside our reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, we will endeavour to communicate relevant updates using the available contact details.
5. Placing and receiving orders
Customers should provide accurate contact details, delivery address and any information needed to complete the delivery.
Please arrange for someone to receive the order during the confirmed delivery window. Alcoholic products are subject to any required age verification and applicable legal conditions before handover.
6. Checking products upon delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection. Confirm that the products and quantities are correct and check the packaging and relevant date markings.
If a product is damaged, expired, incorrect or otherwise affected by a qualifying issue, contact us within three (3) days after receipt.
7. Qualifying return and exchange cases
Savour De Isle will review requests involving products that are:
- Damaged before or upon delivery.
- Expired when supplied.
- Incorrectly supplied compared with the confirmed order.
The policy applies to qualifying issues attributable to Savour De Isle's actions or failure to act, subject to the facts of the case and applicable law.
8. Three-day reporting period
Report a qualifying issue within three (3) days after receipt. Please include your name, contact details, order information, product name and a description of the issue. Photographs of the product, packaging and date markings may help us assess the request.
Customers should stop consuming a product that appears unsafe, spoiled or incorrectly labelled and contact us promptly.
9. Direct exchanges and replacements
Savour De Isle's preferred resolution for qualifying damaged, expired or incorrectly delivered products is a direct exchange.
Where an exchange is agreed, the intended replacement is the same product category and flavour, subject to availability and any applicable legal requirements.
Contact info@savourdeislett.com to report an issue and coordinate a replacement. If the requested product is unavailable, we will discuss the available options.
10. Refunds and legal rights
Savour De Isle's preferred approach is to resolve qualifying product concerns through direct exchanges rather than refunds.
However, this preference does not remove a refund or other remedy that may be required under applicable consumer-protection law. Any refund or alternative resolution required by law will be handled accordingly.
A change-of-mind request, an order cancellation or a request to return a product will be assessed according to the transaction terms, product condition, applicable requirements and any rights available under law.
11. Refund or exchange process
Once you contact us, we may request relevant order information and reasonable supporting evidence to assess the concern. We will communicate the outcome and, where applicable, coordinate the exchange or other appropriate resolution.
12. Perishable and temperature-sensitive products
Products requiring refrigeration must be stored at the specified temperature after receipt. Customers should follow the storage instructions for punches, juices and cream liqueurs as set out in the Product & Food Safety Policy and on the relevant product label.
13. Wholesale deliveries
Wholesale customers should refer to their confirmed quotation, purchase order or written agreement for applicable delivery schedules, quantities, inspection procedures and reporting of shortages or damage.

Information for retailers, hospitality businesses, distributors and potential business partners.
1. About our business
Savour De Isle is a Tobago-based food and beverage manufacturing business established in 2013. Our product range includes dairy-based punches, non-dairy beverages, cream liqueurs, rum-based drinks, local juices and confectionery.
We also distribute AL Organic Spices and Pete's Coffee. Our distribution network serves retail outlets across Trinidad and Tobago.
2. Wholesale enquiries
We welcome enquiries from retailers, supermarkets, hospitality businesses, distributors and other potential business customers.
An enquiry does not guarantee approval, supply, exclusivity, credit, a particular price or appointment as an authorised distributor. Proposed arrangements remain subject to review, availability and written confirmation.
3. Quotations and orders
Quotations should identify the relevant products, quantities, prices, applicable charges, delivery arrangements, payment terms and validity period.
A wholesale order is accepted only when Savour De Isle confirms acceptance through the agreed process. Any transaction-specific terms should be confirmed before the order is finalised.
4. Pricing and advance notice
Wholesale prices may change in response to production costs, ingredient costs, supplier pricing, transport expenses or other business circumstances.
Registered customer accounts: Savour De Isle will advise registered account customers of possible price increases within a 60-day notice period by email, subject to the relevant account arrangements and applicable law.
Customers should maintain accurate email and account details. A price change will be applied in accordance with the relevant notice, accepted quotation or agreement. The handling of existing confirmed orders will be governed by their agreed terms and applicable law.
5. Payment and credit arrangements
Payment methods, deposits, payment deadlines and any approved credit arrangements must be stated in the relevant quotation or written agreement.
Credit is not automatic and is subject to approval. Any agreed late-payment provisions or recovery charges must be communicated appropriately and comply with applicable law.
6. Delivery and product handling
The parties should confirm delivery or collection arrangements, expected timeframes, quantities, handling requirements and procedures for reporting damaged or missing goods.
Business customers must follow the product storage and handling instructions and maintain suitable conditions for any products requiring refrigeration.
7. Resale and distribution authority
Wholesale customers are responsible for complying with laws and licensing requirements applicable to their own business and resale activities.
No customer may represent themselves as an exclusive distributor, official agent or authorised representative of Savour De Isle unless that authority has been expressly granted in writing.
Any proposed exclusivity, territory, promotional commitment or distribution arrangement should be documented in a separate written agreement.
8. Alcoholic products
Wholesale supply of alcoholic beverages is subject to applicable licences, resale permissions and other legal requirements. The relevant parties must confirm these requirements before supply.
9. Product quality concerns
Business customers should report shortages, damaged goods, incorrect products or suspected quality issues promptly, providing the order details and batch or lot information where available.
Nothing in these terms removes product-safety responsibilities or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Written agreements
Quotations, order confirmations and signed agreements may contain terms specific to a transaction. Any conflicting terms should be resolved in writing before the relevant order is accepted.
